Uncle Sonny

I don't have an Uncle Sonny, but the person at The Arugula Files does and he looks awesome. I was browsing the internet for a recipe for Eggplant Parm and came across Uncle Sonny's. I'm going to give the recipe a try, but more importantly, you should check out the recipe because pictures are included and I found the comments following the post entertaining.
