What better time to get a dog than when it is super cold. Tess doesn't like to walk through salt, to the point that she's stopped and won't go, or hops through on three paws. Amy had some dog booties to lend us to see if Tess would enjoy her walks better. No luck. I guess she'll just have to tough it out.

Howie does the same thing. He loves the snow and being outside, but he'll just sit in the snow and lift his paw if he gets too cold. Then he'll walk on three until we get on sidewalk!
Poor puppies. Howie needs some boots too...
