Twilight saga

I haven't been too motivated to read since I've been pregnant. Kind of odd. Anyways, I did decide to see what all the buzz about Twilight was. I read the first book over winter break. It was the strangest reading experience I'd had. I was so engrossed in the book, sort of like Harry Potter, but I just couldn't let it go. I thought about it when I wasn't reading it, I dreamt about it, weird stuff. When I finished the book, I thought I would just end it there. My sister gave me all the books to read, but I decided to be done. I didn't know if I could live with three more books that consumed my life.

Well, then the movie came out. I had to see that when it was on DVD. So, to the top of my Netflix list it went. I watched it, and of course, it didn't do the book justice, as usual, but it was decent. And, the last scene, which I will not give away, left me wondering about the rest of the series. With spring break here and not too much planned, I picked up the second book. Now, halfway into the third book, I'm hoping to finish the last book before going back to school on Monday.

I couldn't put them down either. Read 'em all in like a week!
The third book is the best...
I admit, I did feel a bit silly reading them, but they were certainly entertaining. I have a big crush on Edward too.

I borrowed Twilight and New Moon from a friend to read on our trip. I'm hooked! I want to see the movie next, and then read the last two books!
