Many of my friends have already addressed how monumental this election was, and I concur. While I have been surrounded by many Obama supporters, I do work with quite a few McCain supporters. While I felt educated to certain degree during this election process, enough to make an educated vote, I did find fundamental differences I have with Republican supporters. And yes, I do know that's why there are two parties. Maybe this was the first presidential election I felt a vested interest in. What do the McCain supporters think now? Similarly, how would the Obama supporters have felt if McCain had won?
Something I hadn't thought about in the past, but definitely worth a thought now.
