Today was Oprah's annual "Favorite Things" episode. Way back when, Gina and I had the pleasure of being audience members on this show, featuring teachers. Today's biggest ticket item was an LG side-by-side door refrigerator with a built in ice/water dispenser and TV. I made it a point to stay after school and watch this episode. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed with her favorite things, also including some crocheted UGGs and beauty products. Nothing really stood out besides the fridge and some eco-friendly, super expensive cleaning products. Although, my favorite item was the Scrabble Premier Edition, including a built in lazy susan for easy rotation of the board, a drawer to keep all the pieces, and most importantly, each tile square has little edges to keep the tiles from slipping (am I a geek or what?).

wow, that's a fancy scrabble board! I missed the episode today, but I'll never forget watching when you two were on! very exciting.
I made sure to watch it too. I get these butterflies in my stomach when I watch it because I know exactly how these people are feeling. It was the BEST feeling! I thought the refrigerator was way cool, but they did get a lot of cooking and beauty products. We still were at the best show, Dria. Can I ever thank you enough for asking me to go with you???? We actually already have a Scrabble board with a swivel and raised edges, although isn't all wooden. Being pregnant, I loved that green, flowy outfit she was wearing and gave away, but the whole thing was like just under $400. Yikes!
I totally feel the same way. I completely understand why people cry. :)
