Milwaukee Public Market

I got the chance to visit the Milwaukee Public Market this past weekend. If you're in the area and have a little time, head downtown and check it out. I walked in and was in heaven. They had everything you could want when it comes to fresh food in one spot. El Rey mexican grocery store had a nice display in the middle of the market with their authentic products (tamales, guac, salsa and chips - yum!), as well as fresh produce, and CHEAP! There were a handful of organic produce stands, a fish market, sushi stand, yummy bakeries with cookies 8 inches in diameter, fresh bread, organic bulk products, cheeses, meats, fresh Italian salads and sandwiches.

You can park in their lot for free for the first hour and pay by credit/debit card or cash for the remaining time you're in the lot.
